**Description & Requirements**:

- What You Will Do- Formulates and manages the department’s budget, as well as the Quality staff.
- Ensure that HARMAN has properly considered the Voice of the Customer throughout product development and production; Use knowledge of the customer’s product and processes to drive customer satisfaction.
- Drive product focused quality risk reduction as a key decision maker in release reviews, project gate reviews and support teams with risk assessments throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establishes and maintains a Quality System always in search of continuous improvement.
- Maintains communication with all the areas with the purpose to keep everyone focus on the same objectives.
- Ensure compliance to all applicable quality Customer-specific systems and requirements.
- Ensure compliance of all quality controlled documentation, document change activities and record retention requirements.
- Report out all required daily, weekly and monthly quality metrics
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives of the facility
- Establish and maintain good working relationships resulting in excellent customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate Acceptable" behaviors per the Harman Juarez Leadership Expectations Model in the area of Leading Self (demonstrates integrity, shows respect for others, communicates and influences, focuses on the customer, drives for results, thinks analytically, demonstrates professional expertise).
- Interact with production for the log of production goals
- Leads internal Problem Solving Issues
- Participate actively in the process of planning new product quality.
- Comply with the company's safety and environmental policies.
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
- Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3.

What You Need- Engineering Degree (electrical, mechatronics, mechanical or Industrial)
- Advanced English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality as direct responsible for customer accounts, Quality Supplier Manager AUTOMOTIVE
- Management of Quality Tools
- Management of automotive problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa analysis).
- Demonstrated knowledge of statistical tools including regression analysis, ANOVA, DOE and frequency distribution analysis.
- Computer skills including Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in quality management systems
- Knowledge IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3.
