Professional Sales Director

- Planning, develop and lead commercial strategies for the development of the Distribution channel and Direct Sales, forecasting and sales force processes, ensuring the acquisition, development and generating value for the commercial partners and stretegic accounts, with the purpose to achieve the sales objectives of the organization.
- Preparation of the sales budget through the analysis of market potential and needs at national level, as well differentiating the offer by target group, in order to carry out an adequate adaptation of the strategy for Startegic accounts and distributors.
- Negotiation of commercial agreements with strategic accounts for the distribution channel (DoDos, generalist and specialist distributor) through the selection of a portfolio of products and solutions suitable for each target sector and type of client, establishing goals and action plans, as well as conditions marketing, ensuring a profitability margin for business partners and the company.
- Administration of price policies, promotions and discounts, establishing sales conditions according to each category of distributor, with the objective of ensuring the profit
- Establishment and achivement of goals of the team in charge, supervising the work plan and actions to be developed, providing support in special negotiations, as well as making decisions aimed at the correct orientation of commercial efforts, with the purpose of providing the client with a proposal of attractive value and appropriately manage business relationships with customers.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar and a master's degree
- is desirable Sales experience in the distribution sector and direct sales to industry
- preferably on equipment or machinery from transnational companies
- Preparation of budgets and business forecasts
- Focus on results
- Experience leading teams at the national level
