Back End Developer

**Fender Musical Instruments Corporation **"FMIC" is seeking a Proficient** Back-End Developer** to join our dynamic team located in **Ensenada, Mexico. **This job is 100% remote.

**About the job**:

- Collaborate with front-end developers on combining their front-end elements and components with the server side
- Write high quality, readable and testable code
- Incorporate data storage solutions like PostgreSQL or MYSQL or any NOSQL DB's.
- Work with various server less services like Lambda, SQS or DynamoDB to build backend services preferably in AWS.

**What you need**:

- Bachelor's in computer science engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years prior experience
- Have a deep understanding of JavaScript
- Working knowledge of building API's and how to consume third party API's.
- Proficiency with databases and pragmatically modelling business processes through schema
- Understanding of automated unit tests and testing platforms and how to implement and integrate them
- Thorough knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git
- Lean software deployment and agile software development experience.
