**Responsibilities**:
**JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Perform all duties in accordance with safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safety-focused work mentality.

Realizar todas las tareas de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad manteniendo una mentalidad de trabajo centrada en la seguridad.

Set up and adjust machines, in the field and in our ECS facility, to equipment specifications.

Configure y ajuste las máquinas, en el campo y en nuestras instalaciones de ECS, según las especificaciones del equipo.

Troubleshoot and repair machinery mechanically (hydraulic/pneumatic) and electronically.

Solucionar problemas y reparar maquinaria de forma mecánica (hidráulica/neumática) y electrónica

Perform checks and setup of chucks and rolls.

Realizar revisiones y configuración de chucks y rodillos.

Perform machine audits, repairs, and preventative scheduled maintenance on seamers. Install, commission, and set up new seamers in customer facilities.

Realizar auditorías de máquinas, reparaciones y mantenimiento preventivo programado en cerradoras. Instalar, poner en marcha y montar nuevas cerradoras en las instalaciones del cliente.

Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts and reassemble machines.

Identify and articulate root cause problem statements while troubleshooting.

Setup and adjust lower chuck spring pressure utilizing the force control gauge.

Complete service reports timely.

Qualifications:
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**

4-6 years seaming service experience including strong knowledge of seamer platform required.

Minimum two-year technical school training in related field preferred.

Experience serving customers and working as a team to achieve success.

Experience working on Angelus seamers including all models from 60L- 180S preferred.
