Join us at **Amer Sports** as we seek an ambitious** SAP Supply Chain & Warehouse Management Senior Consultant**. In this pivotal role, you'll be part of a dynamic team of professionals, empowered not only to address diverse global SAP support requirements but also to shape and refine processes and company standards within this domain. Your primary objective will be to assume ownership of support activities, managing them independently or collaboratively with the** Global SAP Team,** while also contributing to system changes and enhancements.

**What you will be doing**:

- Managing SAP incidents of 2nd or 3rd Level Support.
- Definition and coordination of support processes in SAP area.
- Training of Business Key Users.
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing processes, implementing system changes, configuration of the SAP system.
- Working on implementation of SAP system in new entities, warehouses, etc. if necessary.
- Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams.

**What you need to succeed**:

- At least 7 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in different logistic modules of **SAP SCM** with focus on Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management (experience in EWM will be an asset).
- Experience in S4/HANA rollouts and configuration.
- Experience with **SAP AFS** solution and knowledge **of ABAP Workbench** will be an additional asset.
- Good knowledge of **ITIL** procedures, in particular processes in incident management.
- Fluent **English**.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
