**Job Summary**:
Provide credit and documentation support in Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation (CFSC) region offices.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Approves/rejects CFSC customer deals within approved credit authority and recommends complex deals beyond credit authority.
- Assists in administration of wholesale and retail customer "loan" covenant compliance reviews, including on-site record and physical machine/inventory audits.
- May restructure customer deals.
- Conducts and monitors credit investigations.
- May perform training and provide technical direction to employees in the Credit Manager’s absence.
- Understands the established continuous improvement objectives for the region.
- Measures progress toward the continuous improvement standards and sees that the necessary measurements are maintained.
- Participates in the resolution of any identified problems.
- Analyzes data and makes all business decisions based on such analysis.

**Job Requirements**:

- Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated ability to analyze customer credit summaries and past due accounts.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing, credit and customer services concepts and techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge of CFSC financing and leasing products.
- Demonstrated knowledge of account collection procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of financing and leasing documentation principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of billing, invoicing, and dealer payment principles and concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of lean filing requirements and their applicability to bankruptcy laws and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated ability to calculate amortization schedules.

**Education / Experience**:

- Finished University Degree in any discipline
- Fluent English
- 4 years of experience in credit, customer services, accounting, collections, marketing, financial statement analysis, and/or a related discipline is recommended.
- Previous exempt work experience must be progressively increasing in responsibility and accountability and demonstrate an ability to gain in knowledge, skills and responsibility such that a level of full competency can be reached.
- Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
