**Solution Center & Pre Sales Manager**

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as a** Solution Center & Pre Sales Manager**, you will:

- Drive the Proposition Sales Strategy from end-to-end development on feature/function specifications for new or legacy propositions, creating Go to Market strategies to meet our financial goals.
- Provide management and leadership to team leaders or supervisors.
- Assign work, allocate resources, monitor results, control costs, and manage staff.
- Interprets internal and external business issues and recommends solutions, applies a broad perspective to identify solutions to complex problems.
- Develop departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities, which support overall business strategy.
- Implement complex or unusual technical, operational, and organizational problems that may be multi-disciplinary.
- Develops strong relationships and negotiate with key internal and external customers to identify future needs.
- Communicates difficult and complex concepts effectively, by altering communication style to the audience.
- Gathers analyses and presents complex concepts or sensitive information for discussion with more senior levels of management.
- Influences others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiatives.

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent English is a must.
- + 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- **_ Experience in leading high-performance pre - sales teams is a must._**:

- Strong knowledge of Global Trade
- Experiences working in a big four is preferred not a must.
- Strong commercial skills such as negotiation, active listening, business-oriented, and commercial awareness.
- commercial experience and knowledge of the Mexican market and other Latin American countries.
