**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with expertise in the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) to join our team. As a GMP certified operator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, implementing audience targeting strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive campaign success for our clients. You will be responsible for ad trafficking, audience strategy development, campaign management, optimization, and reporting across various digital advertising platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ad Trafficking**: Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, and Search Ads 360. Ensure accurate implementation of ad creatives, targeting parameters, and tracking tags.
- **Audience Strategy**: Develop audience targeting strategies based on client objectives, target audience insights, and data analysis. Implement advanced targeting tactics to reach and engage relevant audiences.
- **Campaign Management**: Manage the end-to-end campaign setup process, including campaign planning, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and scheduling. Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and delivery to ensure alignment with client goals and KPIs.
- **Optimization**: Conduct ongoing optimization of digital advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI. Analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategic adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular campaign performance reports, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Fluency in customizing Data Studio is required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Google Marketing Platform certification, including certifications in Google Ads, Display & Video 360, and Search Ads 360
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles within a media agency or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Data Studio, and GA4.
- Proficiency in ad trafficking, audience targeting, campaign management, optimization, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
