**ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR/SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER - BODY**

Location Tlaquepaque, Mexico

**YOUR TASKS**
- Lead Engineering Team towards goals accomplishments.
- Evaluate performance and skillset of his/her reporting area to identify strengths and improvement areas.
- Develop and manage team’s competences to achieve excellence in terms of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure work of his/her Org Unit is being delivered in proper way (quality, time, and cost), getting every single collaborator succeed on assignments and projects. Guide and manage escalations.
- Secure lessons learned are being applied.
- Organize by determining required human talent to support projects activities and balance workload accordingly.
- Monitoring installed department capacity to meet goals.
- Sync organizational targets towards your own area collaborators targets by implementing active driven leadership.
- Actively fostering Hella organizational culture
- Leadership throughout not only technical skillset, but it’s also necessary to conduct her/himself by communicating and having interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate the planning activities and being responsible for preparation, implementation, and verification of the development schedule.
- Develop and update project plan considering timing and resources.
- Estimate size and costs of the software project.
- Monitor and control project progress and timely software release.
- Create reports and metrics of software project KPIs.
- Participate in technical discussions with the project technical team.
- Identify and manage risks. Actively communicate status.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Sciences or similar.
- Previous experience managing people is a nice to have.
- Very good embedded C knowledge, with more than 5 years of experience in software development processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive Software Development
- Experience in Body Control related projects (e.g., Comfort Modules).
- Knowledge about ASPICE.
- Knowledge about AUTOSAR.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Embedded Software Development process.
- Able to handle discussions with final customers (OEMs).
- Able to handle conflict.
- Proven record of orientation to results in difficult situations.
- Proficient in English is a must.
- Experience using Project Management tools/methodologies/AGILE frameworks.
