A global manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team at Hermosillo Plant, supporting multiple locations, globally. You will be the primary contact for resolving operational problems within an enterprise network environment, while assuring the highest level of customer support and system reliability.

**IT Operations Expert**

Your Tasks/ Responsibilities:

- Maintain and support a high availability server infrastructure supporting 24x7 environments. Monitoring, problem isolation and resolution
- 2nd level support through the company internal ticketing system
- Administration of the Corporate Standard Windows Systems & windows Applications, Office suites and Standard Software
- Domain Controllers: AD Roles Configuration, Group policy Management, AD, DNS, WINS, DHCP Administration and Support.
- Maintain SCCM and ensure its ongoing health and availability for the underlying systems.
- MS Exchange - Administration, Maintenance and Recovery procedures
- Citrix Configuration, Administration & Maintenance
- Documentation according to standards
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures consistent with IT best practices and service level agreements to ensure service availability.
- Sustain best practices such as configuration and release management, change control procedures, site documentation and cross training.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree of Information System Management or related
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Experience in Microsoft, Directory Systems, Exchange, SCCM Technologies
- Experience in Citrix Technology
- Experience in server/storage/backup hardware
- Experience in Windows Deployment services for Operating Systems and Applications
- Excellent communication skill in English (Both Written and Verbal)
- willingness to learn, and have a positive and flexible attitude.
