RESUMEN DEL PUESTO
- Responsable de consolidar la información y evaluar los resultados operativos de la compañía en términos de costos, presupuestos y tendencias con el fin de proveer a la Gerencia información de rentabilidad y rendimiento asociados a la efectividad de las plantas.
- Supervisa el mantenimiento de los registros contables de contraloría y la preparación de informes financieros, además de actuar como usuario avanzado que comprende los detalles y los procedimientos de los sistemas contables.

PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES DEL PUESTO / RESPONSABILIDAD Y AUTORIDAD- Responsable de supervisar y evaluar la contabilidad de costos y los controles presupuestarios y de pronósticos.-
- Supervisión y consolidación del presupuesto y LRP.-
- Supervisión y consolidación del forecast mensual.-
- Asistir en la preparación de los paquetes financieros mensuales y de cuarto.-
- Supervisar y da seguimiento del reporteo en HFM, para actuales, forecast, presupuesto y LRP.-
- Revisión de las cotizaciones en el Global Quote System-
- Proporcionar soporte y asesoría financiera a todas las áreas acerca de proyectos de ahorros y otros proyectos-
- Preparar y ejecutar en conjunto con Materiales en Inventario físico-
- Seguimiento y preparación de los requerimientos extraordinarios por parte de HQ.-
- Prepara y revisa el costo de empleados para forecast y presupuesto.-
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los controles internos en las actividades de contraloría.-
- Garantiza el apoyo del departamento de contraloría para las actividades relacionadas con las auditorías internas y externas.-
- Responsable de desarrollar a los miembros del departamento de contraloría para aumentar el nível de talento para el departamento y la planta.-
- Supervisa la preparación y ejecución del Inventario Físico Anual en conjunto con el equipo de Materiales y Logística.-
- Cumplir con la Matriz de Responsabilidades y Autoridades del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental.-
- Esta posición se apegará al Programa Global de Seguridad (GSSF), incluyendo reglas de seguridad, prácticas y entrenamiento como se enuncia en el Reglamento Interno de Trabajo BorgWarner Reynosa, que incluye el uso de equipos, dispositivos de protección y/o vestimenta requeridos por la empresa. Este puesto se desempeñará de tal manera que destaque la importancia de prevenir accidentes y enfermedades. - REQUISITOS DE EDUCACION, CONOCIMIENTOS Y EXPERIENCIA-
Escolaridad: Contador Público o Licenciatura en Administración Financiera, CPA O CMA.
-Tiempo de experiência en puesto similar: 5 años de experiência en puestos de creciente responsabilidad.
-Conocimiento técnico requerido: Contabilidad financiera, costos, presupuestos, auditorias.
-Otros requerimientos: Microsoft Office, SAP, sistema ERP, normas de Información Financiera, Maestría preferentemente.
