**_ DESCRIPCION DE PUESTO_**

Responsable de preparar, analizar y reportar información financiera útil confiable y oportuna. Participa en la elaboración de presupuestos, pronósticos y proceso de costeo anual. Asegura de la veracidad de inventarios a través de controles internos.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO_**
- Asegurarse de la correcta aplicación de los controles internos y políticas relacionadas a costos
- Participa en la elaboración del presupuesto anual.
- Preparar el pronóstico congelado de Gastos Fijos, Variables, Otros costos del periodo (OPC)
- Preparar y presentar análisis de gastos de operación vs. presupuesto y pronóstico congelado
- Preparar análisis de variaciones de manufactura por elemento del costo (Labor, burden, Material, Mfg support)
- Responsable del análisis del volumen producido, tendencias e impacto en absorciones por mezcla de productos
- Preparar y presentar reportes que sean requeridos y reflejen los resultados de la planta
- Validar proyectos de reducción de gastos.
- Participar en el inventario anual de materiales.
- Apoyar con la preparación de KI (Key Indicators)
- Participa en el cierre de mes, prepara y procesa pólizas así como análisis de resultados
- Revisar periódicamente los BOM, usos y tiempo standard de los productos con mayor demanda
- Preparar proyecciones de costo standard para productos en desarrollo y/o transferencias
- Preparar y coordinar la auditoria al inventario mensual de producción
- Asegurarse de la veracidad del inventario mediante auditoría a conteos cíclicos
- Implementar proyectos de mejora continua que optimicen los procesos de finanzas usando la metodología DMAIC
- Acatar las medidas de seguridad necesarias para prevenir accidentes, enfermedades profesionales y contingencias ambientales dentro de la empresa
- Notificar los actos, condiciones inseguras y riesgos ambientales observados en cualquier área de la empresa**.**:

**_ REQUISITOS MINIMOS_**
- Licenciatura en Contabilidad o áreas afines
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en el área de contabilidad de costos.
- Nível de inglés intermedio como mínimo
- Nível Avanzado de excel.
- Conocimientos: Contabilidad de costos, análisis de manufactura, control de inventarios, así como pronósticos financieros
