**Job Description Summary**: Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

**Funciones y responsabilidades**
- Define y controla los procesos de producción incluyendo herramienta y equipo. Valida especificaciones de diseño y aplicaciones para nuevosporductos, herramientas o equipo.
- Provee soporte técnico para los asociados de producción y así resolver problemas de entregas y calidad relacionados a métodos, procesos, herramienta, equipo y diseño de producto.
- Asegura el cumplimiento regulatorio a través de validación y verificación. Responsable para determinar procesos que requieren validación, desarrollo de planes y análisis, ejecución y análisis final y aceptación.
- Ejecución de mejora continua de procesos para llevarlo al mas alto rendimiento económico.
- Implementar procesos y equipo que son seguros, ergonómicos y acorde a estándares de GE y OSHA.
- Implementar cambios de ingeniría relacionado al proceso de manufactura.
- ** Calificaciones Básicas**:

- Título en ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, industrial o biomédica. **(Indispensable)**:

- 3-5 años de experiência en producción, manufactura, mejora de procesos o cadena de suministro.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en empresas de manufactura, con puestos de ingeniero de procesos, ingeniero de manufactura, ingeniero industrial.
- Conocimiento de manufactura esbelta
- Participacion activa en proyectos Kaizen
- Participacion activa en proyectos de mejora en productividad OEE
- Inglés - intermedio avanzado
