Join us in revolutionizing the manufacturing landscape We are on the hunt for a trailblazing Product and Project Manager who thrives in merging technology with operational excellence. This dual-capacity role is tailored for a visionary eager to steer our cutting-edge SaaS product to new heights and across global markets.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Project Manager to support our Project Manager in the successful execution of SaaS projects. This role will involve handling essential but fundamental project management tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and updating project reports, including the creation and visualization of KPIs.
- Maintain and update JIRA boards, ensuring accurate task tracking and project status.
- Track project progress, including task completion, time sheets, and deliverables.
- Create detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Support the controlling and monitoring of task execution and timelines.
- Develop and polish presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation.
- Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of project management tools and practices; experience with JIRA or similar tools is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with SaaS or software development processes is a plus.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Location Requirement: Must be based in Hermosillo, Mexico.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with KPI tracking and visualization tools.
- Prior exposure to project management or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in creating professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with time tracking and task management tools.
