Our **Early Career program** is designed for recent or soon-to-be engineer graduates interested in becoming part of our global mechanical engineering organization.

This is a global **Visteon** program, and you would get to participate in it in Mexico.

You will rotate through different positions over a two-year span and contribute to the transformation of the mobility industry’s technology

**What are we looking for?**

**Degree needed**:BS Mechanical Engineering or similar

Mechanical fundamental knowledge.

CAD/CAE knowledge.

Material selection.

Strong problem-solving capabilities.

**The mission of this role**:The mission of this role is to understand and convert the functional requirements for mechanical engineering development.

**Scope of the role**: Focus on understanding the mechanical fundamentals, and design specifications and be responsible for the design and development of functional end-item products.

**Key accountability**:
Generate 3D model based on styling data.

Incorporate change in the model as per input from styling data and ME.

Create 3D end item assembly

Generate 2D drawings

Organize 2D and 3D drawings in data storage management (TCUA, Pro-Intralink, Work Request, GBC

Update and release new drawings / drawing modification
