**Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER - TURNO 2 que estará localizada en Juarez, Horizontes.**

**PROPÓSITO**:
Identifica y desarrolla áreas de oportunidad internas a través de la metodología DMAIIC y herramientas de Excelencia de procesos con el fin de reducir el costo de manufactura de los productos y continuar con la cultura de mejora continua y seguimiento a los requerimientos de calidad y regulatorio comprendida en la estrategia del negocio.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:
Bajo supervisión limitada y de acuerdo con las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y los procedimientos y lineamientos Corporativas de Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:

- Es responsable de comunicar asuntos relacionados al negocio u oportunidades al siguiente nível gerencial
- Para aquellos que supervisan o administran personal, son responsables de asegurar que los subordinados sigan todos los lineamientos de la Compañía relacionadas con las prácticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente y que todos los recursos necesarios para hacerlo estén disponibles y en buenas condiciones, si aplica
- Es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento personal y de la Compañía con todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos Federales, Estatales y Locales de la compañía
- Realiza otras tareas asignadas según sea necesario

**Deberes y Responsabilidades**:

- Identifica, diseña y desarrolla el equipo necesario.
- Realiza pruebas de materiales
- Estudia los procesos para implementar mejoras.
- Responsable de la preparación y manejo de especificaciones.
- Coordina a técnicos e ingenieros sobre problemas poco usuales.
- Responsable de diseñar y comprar equipo y herramental que cumpla con los requerimientos de manufactura, seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Participa en proyectos de ahorro y capital
- Responsable de cumplir con los métricos financieros
- Responsable de evaluar y desarrollar planes de acción para el cumplimiento a los requerimientos de calidad, seguridad, costos, servicio y regulatorio
- Ejecuta actividades de validación de proceso/producto.
- Responsabilidades de Supervisión Ingenieros 1 y 2
- Puede supervisar, coordinar y revisar técnicamente el trabajo de un limitado grupo de técnicos.
- Responsable de evaluar y proveer retroalimentación de manera oportuna, desempeño y plan de desarrollo de su personal a cargo.

**Qualifications**:
**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería cualquier especialidad.
- Maestría en ciencias y/o certificación es recomendable.
- De 4 a 6 años en puesto similar preferentemente.
- Experiência en Industria médica preferentemente.
- Conocimiento en buenas prácticas de manufactura y documentación preferentemente en la industria médica.
- Diseño de experimentos
- Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis estadístico.
- Manejo de procedimientos estadísticos.
- Conocimiento de paquetes computacionales
- Habilidad de comunicación oral; y escrita en español
- Fuerte comprensión de costos estándar y estándares de trabajo
- Conocimiento de procesos productivos
- Técnicas de Ingeniería experimental
- Ingles avanzado
