**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project goals, objectives, and development strategies.

Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines to guide project execution.

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify and address potential issues and risks promptly.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

Conduct financial analyses, including cash flow projections, cost estimates, and ROI assessments.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.

Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Site Development and Construction Oversight:
Oversee construction progress, quality control, and adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on the project's success.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex real estate development projects.
- You must possess a strong analytical mindset as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Proven proficiency in Excel and Power Point
