- Minimum of **5 years of experience** with Power BI development, including deep expertise in DAX and M Query.
- Develop and maintain **Power BI** data models that facilitate user self-service capabilities.
- Design and optimize **data architectures** to support new and existing information requirements.
- Create complex, interactive, and aesthetically pleasing **Power BI** **reports** and dashboards
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and ensure that delivered reports meet or exceed expectations.
- Establish and adhere to best practices for report design and development.
- ** Leverage** **DAX, M Query,** and other **Power BI related technologies** for performance optimization.
- Analyze slow-running queries and implement solutions to improve their efficiency.
- Monitor **Power BI reports** for performance issues and resolve them proactively
- Work with IT and database administrators to enhance the performance of underlying data sources.
- Optimize the refresh rates and scheduling of **Power BI datasets**.
- Implement best practices for data aggregations and summarization to improve report load times.
- Assist junior developers and business analysts in understanding Power BI's advanced capabilities.
