- Facilitar la orden de compra a los proveedores para que se cumpla en tiempo la entrega de los materiales o la realización de los servicios.
- Administración general del almacén de MRO: asegurar el abastecimiento de máximos y mínimos establecidos en el sistema de almacén.
- Administrar al chofer: Asegurar la logística de visitas y personal interno de planta, servicios requeridos por personal de planta.
- Informar a los proveedores el proceso a seguir para el trámite de facturas. - Generar ahorros, proyectos Lean y Mejora Continua.
- Administración en costo de inventario. - Asegurar que se cumplen con los procedimientos internos de la organización para Compras indirectas.
