**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
Our positions in Monterrey are hybrid roles enabling our team to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. Our office space in Monterrey was designed to promote collaboration for our scrum teams and increase our development velocity. In addition, you'll enjoy a great view of the city, fresh coffee, and the occasional happy hour.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for running and maintaining the Atlassian Cloud and Tempo Timesheets systems to meet the needs of the organization.
- Evaluate, implement and configure other plug-ins as needed.
- Supporting the migration from on-premises Atlassian systems to the cloud and implementation of a new time tracking system and process.
- Primary point of contact, working with other employees and consultants, to help Nymbus migrate to the cloud, and implement a new time tracking system.
- Assist with consolidation of other project management systems onto the Jira cloud platform.
- Developing and maintaining management reporting, being responsible for creating reports that provide insights into how employees are spending their time, and how that time is being allocated across different projects and tasks.
- Creating and maintaining documentation on system procedures, configuration, and support. Documentation that outlines how to use the systems and how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Managing user and system support through the helpdesk, providing support to users who have questions or issues. This may involve responding to support tickets, providing training to users, or troubleshooting technical issues.
- Serving as the IT Support lead for the Monterrey, Mexico office.
- Help onboard and offboard new employees and manage the laptop and peripheral inventory.
- This role can expand over time to support other Enterprise IT systems. You will be able to gain experience in a variety of corporate systems such as Google Enterprise and Corporate systems.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience managing Jira/Confluence/JSM (cloud or server) and time tracking plug-ins (Timesheets by Tempo, or similar) is essential.
- Experience translating user requirements into system configurations is critical.
- Experience using a helpdesk system such as Jira Service Management to respond to user inquiries and problems is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills, being able to communicate clearly and effectively, and being able to troubleshoot user issues with innovative solutions.
- Experience with process automation and workflow management is a significant advantage.
- Basic understanding of finance time tracking requirements around capitalization and billing is important.
- Experience maintaining system and process documentation is crucial.
- Experience in the financial technology industry is an advantage.
- Self-starter and team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.
- Having experience with Atlassian tools and time tracking processes, and workflow management is a significant advantage.

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
