- ** Provide leadership on a team of integration engineers including coaching and reviews**:
- ** Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage the performance of the team and all integration processes and services**
- ** Proactively monitor integration issues and service availability, ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and communication is clear**
- ** Provide customers with documentation, example code, direction, and tools**
- ** Engage with delivery teams to ensure that new features are documented and supportable**
- ** Ensure compliance of all security measures in integration support**
- ** Troubleshoot integration and certification environment issues**
- ** Collaborate with the certification team to ensure products and services are being utilized properly by all customers and that appropriate tests are included for all certifications**
- ** Ensure efficiency by automating manual activities**
- ** Continually evaluate tools and technologies**
- ** Mentor and train other Integration Engineers and other team members as needed**
- ** Bachelor of Science - Information Technology or a related field**
- ** 8+ years in customer support and**integrations to production systems**
- ** 4+ years of development/scripting experience (Java, C#, Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)**
- ** 2+**years in a senior or leadership role including mentoring, coaching, and training**
- ** Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other message formats**
- ** Experience with API tools such as SoapUI, Blazemeter, or similar**
- ** Must have strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills**
- ** Self-motivated, fast learner, willing to go outside of comfort zone and learn new things**
- ** Excellent communication skills, both in the written and the verbal form**
- ** Experience running queries on databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, or CockroachDB**
- ** Knowledge of operating systems and cloud platforms (Linux, Windows, GCP)**
- ** Experience with source code and release management (GitHub, TFS, etc.)**
- ** Experience with continuous integration build engines (Jenkins, Team City, etc.)**
- ** Experience with container technology such as Docker
