**YOUR ROLE**

The Body, Chassis, Interior (BCI) Quality Team is looking for a Quality Assurance Fixture (QAF) to join our team focused on **ensuring all project quality targets** are met, managing launch timelines & deliverables and insure the transition to quality volume production.
- Support **Vehicle Compliance **Leads with Paper Car generation for QAF milestones
- Generate Measurement Paths/Roadmaps for vehicle programs in accordance to milestone **date readiness** and use to build **Carpet Charts**:

- Support the Equipped Body Launch Team with Carpet Charts and potentially lead the activity
- Support the Equipped Body Launch Team with **Excel Workbook automation**:

- Support Customer Audit (SCA) **data correlation and management**:

- Develop templates for various **data tracking tools**:

- Support the **development of key documentation** items such as training templates
- Support quality convergence through QAF support - vehicle part installations, engineering build objective measurements and part gathering/part level validation

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Good conversational **English **(B2, C1, C2)
- Bachelor of Science degree in **Mechanical **or **Electrical Engineering **or equivalent
- 1-4 years of experience in **automotive **areas of Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and/or Product Quality.
- Understanding of **vehicle design, assembly, and process control**.
- Strong abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically **Excel **and strong abilities in **Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)**:

- **Statistical data analysis** and metrology principles, **Root Cause Analysis **methods.
