**_Job skills:_**
- 1.Negotiation and cost analyze ability with Sub-contractor and supplier_
- 2.Ability and experience to find new partner and negotiation with commercial terms_
- 3.Can use SAP systems_
- 4.Can speak English and Spanish_
- 5.Have purcurement experience of Telecommunications project and understanding of supply chain_
- 6.Dealing with contract and risks management_
- 7.Basic skills:cooperate with internal team; office software skills_

**_Responsibilities:_**
- 1.Finding and negotiating with new sub-contractor and supplier _
- 2.Responsible for approving the new subcon/supplier_
- 3.Understanding and making contract and protocol to subcon/supplier_
- 4.Tracking the order and output the report documents on time_
- 5.Analysing request from project team and making purcasing plan_

**_Specific skills:_**
- 1.Better have resources of subcontractor and supplier of auxiliary material in Mexico_
- 2.Have experience of project purcurement._
