About The Missing Sock Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, print materials, and more. Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements, conceptualizing design ideas, and delivering high-quality designs within specified timelines. Additionally, you will work alongside other departments, acting as a point of contact for any design-related questions or issues that may arise during your day-to-day work.

Tasks

**As a Graphic Designer, these are your top responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, production, HR, and product development, to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Design content, including graphics, photos, videos, and other marketing materials, that showcases our brand in a visually stunning way.
- Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and requirements.
- Develop innovative design concepts and present ideas for review and feedback.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Act as a resource for other team members, providing design-related support and assistance.

**Requirements**:

**As a Graphic Designer, these are your must-haves**:

- Ability to write and speak English fluently. ⇢ English (Intermediate)/B1). Preferably ⇢ English (proficient/C1).
- Ability to write and speak Spanish fluently. ⇢ Spanish (proficient/C1)
- Proven graphic design experience with a compelling portfolio.
- Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator & InDesign).
- Experience working with Canva.
- Capable of following and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Quick turnaround time - agility along with creativity is key.

- You have 2+ year of experience and skills specifically with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
