Assistant Tax Analyst
FUNCTIONS, ACTIVITIES AND/OR TASKS
- Receives, examines, classifies, and classifies payment and revenue information.
- Files accounting-tax documents for internal use and control.
- Prepares and verifies expense and income ratios for the generation of information to be sent to the Tax Authorities.
- Use the computer systems in order to automate the information required by the Tax Authorities.
- Reviews and performs the codification of the different expenses and income according to the fiscal requirements.
- Complies with the rules and procedures in terms of integral security, established by the organization.
- Maintains equipment and work site in order, reporting any anomaly.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned.

POSITION PROFILE:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A) EDUCATION:
Accounting, Administration with advanced English.

EXPERIENCE:
2 Years in taxation focused on Tax compliance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE IN:
Accounting and Taxes
Electronic data processing using computer (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Basic knowledge of tax regulations.

ABILITY TO:
Follow oral and written instructions.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Perform calculations quickly and accurately.

SKILL IN:
Handling calculating machine and computer.
