El coordinador de activos fijos y asistente de SAP (Analista de contabilidad) junto con el coordinador de control de inventario es responsable de asegurar un alto nível de certeza de inventario de activos fijos, materia prima, material en proceso e inventario terminado, además de proveer orientación relacionada con los movimientos de inventario en SAP (Scrap, ajustes, conteos cíclicos, ordenes de producción, etc)

**Actividades principales**:

- Coordinar el inventario de Activos Fijos, el propósito es establecer los procedimientos para llevar a cabo y reportar de manera periódica el inventario de activos físicos y asegurar la certeza de los registros contables.
- Crear y dar seguimiento a los CARs (Capital Appropiation Request).
- Analizar los gastos de capital y depreciación de la maquinaria y equipo.
- Capitalización, control y manejo de Activos Fijos.
- Costeo de números de parte.
- Análisis y seguimiento de la venta de Scrap.
- Conciliaciones de Balance General: E&O, Shirnkage, Scrap.
- Validación, monitoreo y seguimiento a los proyectos de Cost Out (ahorros operaciones).
- Participación activa en el cierre de mes.
- Apoyar con la coordinación y desarrollo del inventario físico anual.
- Revisar y analizar el gasto de capitalización y depreciación (comparación contra Forecast y Profit Plan).
- Asistir con análisis derivados de la actividad del negocio conforme sean requeridos.

**Qualifications**:
**Competencias requeridas**:

- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad o carrera afín
- Ingles intermedio
- Experiência en el área de contabilidad
- Conocimiento en Activos Fijos y capital
- Habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo
- Experiência en uso de sistema SAP
- Manejo de Microsoft Office

**Competencias preferidas**:

- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carrera afín
- Inglés fluido
- Conocimientos solidos en el área de contabilidad y planeación financiera
- Conocimiento de conciliaciones de cuentas contables
- Conocimiento en Activos Fijos y capital
- Habilidades de comunicación, analítico, proactivo, alto nível de organización, trabajo en equipo
- Manejo de Microsoft Office
- Manejo Sistema SAP
