**Resumen de la Posición**:
Reportándose al Value Stream Leader, es responsable de proveer soporte técnico a las operaciones de ensamble y moldeo. Es técnicamente competente y capaz de manejar diferentes proyectos dentro del alcance de sus responsabilidades. Está involucrado directamente en la identificación e implementación de proyectos de reducción de costos y mejora de utilización de máquina.

Tomar decisiones en cambios de programación, cuando las circunstancias lo ameriten, manteniendo la optimización de los recursos disponibles. Aplicar medidas disciplinarias al personal cuando se cuándo se cometa una falta al reglamento interno Detener algún trabajo o labor dentro de las instalaciones la cual represente un riesgo de seguridad Tiene la autoridad para contratar y designar a su personal de Manufactura y Ensamble. Evaluar al personal a su cargo Señalar y reportar algún incumplimiento al código de vestimenta dentro de las instalaciones. Reporte de actividades que afecten el medio ambiente (cuando aplique) Ejecutar controles para aspectos ambientales significativos de las operaciones a su cargo Realizar las comunicaciones ambientales pertinentes de acuerdo con su puesto de trabajo Realizar propuestas para la mejora del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental Ejecutar las medidas correctivas pertinentes ante actividades que afecten el medio ambiente, cuando los resultados previstos del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental no se alcancen Abrir Hazard IDs en materia de medio ambiente y seguridad, y tomar las medidas necesarias y adecuadas para su resolución.

**Requerimientos para la posición**:
**Educación**:

- Preferentemente Carrera de Ingeniería Química, Mecánica, Industrial, Electrónica, Sistemas de Logística o afín

**Experiência**:

- Preferentemente de 3 a 5 años de experiência en procesos de plásticos.
- Preferentemente 3 años de experiência manejando personal

**Conocimientos**:

- Preferentemente entrenamiento relacionado con Moldeo de Plásticos, Análisis de datos, SPC, DOE y/o Equipos de ensamble.
