**As **_Maintenance Manager _**you will be Responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and facilities of the plant are in optimal condition. You will plan, organize, and control all activities focused on maintaining the efficiency of machinery and equipment.**
**YOUR TASK WILL BE***
- Responsible for all plant equipment, machinery, and facilities are in optimal working conditions for production
- Planning, organization, and control of activities to maintain the efficiency of machinery and equipment and plant facilities
- Lay out changes and equipment transfers.
- Department's budget control and execution
- Maintain all systems and certifications of the plant
- Responsible for fixed assets of both building and equipment as well as plant’s capital projects
- Tool crib management
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related.
- 5+ years as managerial role in maintenance at automotive industry
- Personnel Management
- Self-directed, Disciplined
- Electrical installations, PLC, automation, knowledge
- Proficient English Level
