**HR Generalist**

**What you’ll do**:

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Guarantee policy compliance and regulations.
- Responsible for the preparation, interpretation, and monitoring of different human resources statistical reports.
- Actively collaborate, prepare, and implement following up on training and development programs.
- Monitoring performance assessments. Strategy Analize market data (Turnover, absenteeism etc.).

**What is required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources field
- Knowledge of Legal requirements, Mexican labor law, union and legal compliance, wellness programs, payroll regulations
- Experience in planning events and motivational programs is a plus
- English skills will be required for this role
