Manufacturing Trainer

**Job Description**:
The Trainer is responsible for coordinating, implementing and conducting technical training programs for associates with a variety of learning styles for both the classroom and field. The Trainer will develop training programs for new and existing associates.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience and Knowledge: experience in factory automation, which includes linear technology, automation and electrical controls, as well as robotics

Experience in facilitating product, processes and/or technical training
- Enthusiasm: passionate about factory automation and leading change
- Languages: English. German would be a plus
- Education: Bachelor's degree. Master and/or PhD preferred
