Follow-up on arrest notices, ensure compliance with established actions and their effectiveness.
- Carry out the daily tour of the production equipment to ensure that they comply with the documentary requirements applicable to the Quality Management System
- Follow up on the status of verification and calibration of the measuring instruments of the entire plant.
- Carry out documentary audits to ensure control of the documented information.
- Track Corrective Actions
- Perform daily OEE measurement and correct data in support of production staff
- Verify that the Quality monitoring records are filled out correctly
- Maintain calibration gages/tips in calibration status and location as indicated by your record.
- Carry out monthly inventory and reordering.
- Generation of Customer complaints report
