Objective / Purpose of the Function:
Determinate Standard Cost of all products manufacturing in Mexico, Hauppauge, and Valhalla in timely manner according with Spellman High Voltage Corporation Policies and Procedures. Prepare financial analysis need it to determinate the origin of the significant variations in any of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss cost elements

Principal Responsibilities:

- Determinate Standard Cost of all products manufacturing in Mexico, Hauppauge, and Valhalla.
- Reporting and daily manufacturing variances analysis including following of the origin and resolution with Production department
- Financial Work Order Closing and Indirect Work Order analysis (INX).
- Lost Cost monthly report in base to INX orders.
- Productivity weekly and monthly report.
- Over Time weekly and monthly report.
- Prepare and present statistical analysis supporting the costing and general ledger areas
- Participate and coordinate weekly inventory item cycle count in warehouse in P2, P3 or P4 storage locations as well as Vending machine Tool Crip Plant 4.
- Involve in scrap and shipping’s audits controls.
- Maintenance of capital expenditures (CAPEX).
- Administration and control of assets owned by suppliers
- Fix Assets administration and control
- Upload labor production hours on daily basis for CCN01 & CCN10.
- Participate in Budget preparation regarding COGS (i.e. DL apply, OH apply, Scrap, Productivity, etc)
- Coordinate to reconcile Global Inventory Ledger Vs Perpetual
- Participate in VA/VE México projects.
- Preparation of periodic cost reports according to the needs of Senior Management or Comptroller requirements.
- Provide direct support to the Controller in any other activity or function inherent to the position held.
- Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy, following the procedures and work instructions applicable to his/her activities for the participation in the established Objectives and Goals.
- Other responsibilities as needed by Plant Manager, Controller or Mexico Senior Staff members.

Competences / abilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in Account, Administrator
- Minimum of 5 years of Cost Accounts experience
- Advanced organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Accuracy, proficiency, and dependability are a must
- Microsoft Office - Advanced
- Must have the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with other members of the team
- Knowledgeable with Glovia a plus
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Availability to work during weekends or holidays depending on the workload
- Bilingual English-Spanish advanced.
