Queremos incorporar a un líder de desarrollo de negocio para nuestras Alianzas Comerciales que comparta nuestra visión y se sienta motivado por el desarrollo de relaciones efectivas. Este puesto es ideal para alguien con facilidad de comunicación, buena presencia y un fuerte interés en aprender y crecer en el sector de créditos hipotecarios.

¿Qué harás en este rol?
- Desarrollar relaciones: Crear y mantener conexiones con diversos actores del sector para fomentar el uso de nuestras soluciones de crédito.
- Visitas comerciales: Representar a Saturn 5 en reuniones con clientes y socios potenciales, presentando nuestras ofertas de manera efectiva.
- Prospección activa: Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y ampliar nuestra red de contactos.
- Apoyo en procesos: Brindar asistencia en la precalificación y preautorización de créditos, asegurando que nuestros clientes tengan la mejor experiência posible.

¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Sueldo inicial: Entre $18,000 y $30,000 mensuales, según experiência.
- Prestaciones de ley: Acceso a todas las prestaciones de ley que corresponden al puesto.
- Desarrollo y crecimiento profesional: En un entorno de startup, tendrás la oportunidad de aprender y contribuir al crecimiento de Saturn 5.
- Participación en la empresa con base en resultados: Acceso a un paquete de acciones (vesting plan) basado en tu desempeño, con revisiones de resultados a partir del primer año.
- Ambiente de aprendizaje constante: Trabajarás junto a un equipo con experiência en tecnología y finanzas, donde cada día trae nuevos aprendizajes.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación académica: Licenciatura en áreas relacionadas con negocios, administración o comunicación.
- Experiência previa: Uno o 2 años de experiência. Valoramos prácticas o actividades en las que hayas demostrado habilidades de comunicación y organización.
- Habilidades clave: Comunicación efectiva, presencia profesional, proactividad y facilidad para generar conexiones.
- Autogestión: Buscamos a una persona que sea autogestionada y trabaje en base a metas establecidas.

Sueldo: $18,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
