The Cprime
**_Enterprise Atlassian Solutions Architect_** provides Small Book of Business delivery guidance, organizational best practices, and oversight for the Atlassian practice on all engagements within their book of business. The Principal Consultant is responsible for managing all delivery for their team of Solution Architects and Configuration Experts (Consultants). The Principal Consultant is responsible for the quality and profitability of all engagements within their book of business.

**What you will do**:

- Lead engagement strategy and become a trusted adviser to all clients
- Ensure engagement profitability and expand client accounts
- Responsible for the quality of all delivery work from your team
- Hire and develop team
- Nurture, develop, mentor, and coach your team, ensuring they are optimizing their talent
- Performance management for team members on your team
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the Atlassian Delivery organization
- Support sales activities with pre-sales consulting, scoping, solution design and discovery sessions
- Be a trusted escalation point for your clients and those working with your team members
- Provide thought leadership including webinars, speaking engagements, whitepapers, and blog posts
- Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Atlassian Delivery solutions and services
