**Citrix Administrator**

Shift Timings**:7.00 AM-4.00 PM PST**

**Working a night shift from 10 PM-7AM PST may be required occasionally to perform tasks afterhours.**

**There is flexibility in the schedule and the actual hours worked**

**Technical Requirements**:
Must have strong demonstrated experience in:

- Windows Server 2016 or newer: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DFS, File permissions, certificate services, IIS.
- Citrix administration
- Hybrid Citrix Cloud administration
- Profile and WEM policy management
- Managing Windows Remote Desktop Sessions in Citrix

Industry certification in Windows Server Administration and Citrix Administration.

Good working knowledge in Vmware, Microsoft 365, Cohesity and Nimble a plus.

**Role**:

- Understands how to set priorities based on tickets and projects being submitted.
- Makes day-to-day decisions in accordance with policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
- Collaborates with and keeps the Principal Systems Engineer and Department manager informed on exigent issues affecting the Citrix Environment.

**Duties**:

- Creating, maintaining and deploying FAS, Cloud Connections, and WEM policies.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving user incidents and continually finding ways to improve the users' experience.
- Administering, securing & deploying thin client technology
- Will document procedures to effectively identify, categorize and triage user issues.
- Will act as a highest level escalation point for the resolution of Citrix problems.
- Will work with key stakeholders, vendors, and other team members to ensure technological solutions meet business / user requirements.
- Will develop and maintain technical support documentation to ensure knowledge transfer to other team members.
- Create and manage Citrix ticket queue and Citrix infrastructure roadmaps.
