To control and lead all financial aspects of the site, in order toensure that all TlP’s financial goals and objectives are met.

**Business Planning and Budgeting**
- Budgetary control of the Company, target business plan and organization of measure development/tracking

**To monitor the fulfillment of the set goals in BP**
- Organization and follow-up of target deployment

**Monthly Reporting and Forecasting**
- Execute Monthly Reporting and Forecasting in a reliable and stable process, meeting the framework (timing and content) of NA and RB set-up. Close follow-up on the budget developments in plant, both in reporting as well as forecasting (incl. measure set-up where needed)

**To count with all the necessary economic information**
- To develop an economic support as a backup for company’s activities

**Compliant and transparent controlling of assets in plant**

**Timely and process-wise stable and transparent Quotations and Project Calculations**
- Fulfill Leadplant Controlling Function
- Set-up and execution of leadplant function in Controlling

**To manage Financial Resources in close alignment with CF, TAX and LOF requirements**

**To disclose financial and accounting information to support the decision making**

**Develop, enable and promote adequate Competence Development both in the controlling department, as well as the rest of the plant (CTG knowledge for non-controllers)**

**Requisitos**:

- Strong Leadership
- A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance
- Proven experience (10+ years) in project controlling, financial planning, and analysis, as well as risk management
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, and cost control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles is an advantage
- Fluent in English. Other languages (e.g. German) would be a plus
