**Job Summary**:
Responsable de realizar las pruebas y validaciones requeridas para asegurar la efectividad de las potenciales sustituciones de componentes en los productos surgidos de los proyectos de productividad, así como identificar y replicar en plataformas adicionales donde estas pudieran aplicar.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:

- Responsable de realizar los diversos métodos de prueba y análisis para soportar las validaciones de componentes, tanto activos como pasivos, para balastros y drivers.
- Es responsable de revisar los productos existentes para replicar las mejoras de producto y proceso de los proyectos de productividad implementados en otras plataformas de balastros y drivers
- Soporte y participación activa en eventos de mejora continua ( Kaizen, JDI, 6 Sigma, A3, 4Box, etc )
- Cumplir con estándares de trabajo seguros y ergonómicos.
- Cumplir procedimientos ISO9000, ISO14000, Compliance y SOX.
- Cumplir con las responsabilidades que marcan los procedimientos de CTPAT.
- Colaborar y promover un ambiente de trabajo basado en el respeto, igualdad y trabajo en equipo;

**Education (minimum education required)**:

- Bachelor of Engineering**Experience (minimum experience required)**:
3-5 años Capacidad de análisis de circuitería electrónica y ensambles mecánicos, recomendación de substituciones de componentes asegurando la integridad de la configuración de la plataforma del producto, seguridad y especificaciones de desempeño. Identificar, analizar y resolver casos de obsolescencia de las diferentes plataformas de producto, electrónica de potencia, fuentes de poder, equipos de medición, electrónica análoga.
