**Location**: Remote (comfortable working in CST time zone)

**Duration**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**
- Work with art and design teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Contribute to the complete software life cycle, including writing clean code, robust

tests, submitting code reviews, and creating clear documentation.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Interpreting stakeholders’ specifications and identifying website user requirements.
- Supervising junior web developers, analyzing areas of weakness, and scheduling

training sessions accordingly.
- Establishing strong professional relationships with multi discipline team members

and stakeholders.

**Skill set, personality**
- Must be comfortable learning and working under new design paradigms and UX

patterns to create the best products in the casino, slots, and skill gaming space
- Self starter, self motivated.
- Detail oriented, tenacious and meticulous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Confident in speaking to various multi-disciplined teams around the world to

ensure cross team collaboration for the products we work on.
- Excellent technical leader and mentor for a team.
- Capable of identifying risks and recommending appropriate mitigation.
- Thoughtful about architectural decisions; you value simplicity and quality.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- College degree in a software programming/engineering discipline.
- Proficient in English.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**
- Must have at least 5 years of programming experience in addition to 2 years

experience leading a team of programmers and have successfully

shipped/published commercial software products, preferably games or casino

games related.
- Must be proficient in popular coding languages e.g. C++, C#, JS and/or TS; game

engines like Unity and/or Unreal 4.
- Comfortable working in either cascade/waterfall or Agile /SCRUM style of project

management environment.
- Proficiency with Git / GitHub and SSH.

**Nice to have**
- Proficient in Spanish.
- Experience using Phaser 3.
- Experience working on Casino games.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
