**Descripción de la vacante**:
- Mantener la propiedad de los problemas y solicitudes de servicio de los usuarios, asegurándose de que reciban una resolución dentro de un SLA establecido.
- Analice, diagnostique, pruebe y resuelva incidentes y solicitudes de servicio de los usuarios finales de la mesa de servicio de básico a moderado.
- Proporcionar soporte técnico y asistencia remota en aplicaciones, software y periféricos identificados.
- Agilice los problemas notificados que afectan a los usuarios finales con los miembros del equipo y la administración.
- Registre de manera precisa y simultánea en el sistema de tickets los eventos y solicitudes reportados por nuestros usuarios finales, las acciones de solución de problemas realizadas y los resultados correspondientes.
- Mantener la base de conocimientos, la documentación de procesos y procedimientos.
- Determine los grupos de asignación correctos y transfiera los tickets en consecuencia de manera oportuna.
- Disponible fuera del horario comercial según sea necesario
- Realizar otras tareas que se le asignen
**Requisitos**:
- Título de asociado o superior en Tecnología de la Información o experiência laboral
- Debe ser bilingüe: inglés y español
- Debe tener al menos de 3 a 5 años de sólida experiência en la mesa de ayuda
- Eres un excelente jugador de equipo y te sientes cómodo colaborando con los miembros del equipo.
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente
- Se requiere una excelente comunicación y habilidades blandas
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad demostrada para solucionar problemas.
- Conocimiento práctico de sistemas de hardware, impresoras, escáneres y otros dispositivos periféricos
- Experiência en soporte de MS Office Suite, MS O365, Teams, SCCM, Windows 10 y Windows 11
- Experiência con sistemas de gestión de tickets (Freshservice es un plus)
- Flexibilidad para el horario de trabajo (cualquier turno entre las 7 a.m. y las 7 p.m. de lunes a viernes)
