Job Benefits:
The employee receives a bonus in December equivalent to 10 days of global compensation, and an additional equivalent bonus in July, plus two bonuses, one per semester based on productivity and performance evaluation.

A mandatory savings plan of 7% of the base salary will be deducted from your compensation, placed in an investment account, and matched by the School. The savings and accumulated interest will be given to you in August.
