**KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBIITIES**
- Act as a technical liaison for selected accounts, providing exemplary customer technical support, strengthening customer relationships, and providing customer experience.
- Organize and coordinate visits to customers and visits from customers at Innovation Center Experience, including planning trials, portfolio presentations, trainings, workshops, innovation days, etc.
- Utilize laboratory and pilot plant equipment to conduct trials with customer to show performance of solution.
- Review customer processes and formulations, making timely recommendations to meet customer needs for cost savings, texture/process improvements, or product innovation.
- Propose own ideas and utilize customer feedback for new concept development or improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, MKT, Idea Labs to develop and execute technical strategies that drive business development.
- Build strong relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations to foster collaboration and partnership.
- Record and share relevant customer activities and project updates in designated knowledge management tools to facilitate knowledge sharing and management.
**QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or a related degree.
- Strong understanding of food processing principles, ingredient functionality, and formulation.
- Experience in conducting trials and evaluations in laboratory, pilot & plant settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits and other business-related activities.
- Advanced english
