Accounts Payable Clerk

A team of professionals providing a full range of customized management and financial services to special districts, municipalities, and community associations across the southern U.S. They deliver custom approaches and solutions for our clients to create a trusted and valued long-term partnership.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the following activities:

- Review invoices and reconcile to the appropriate contract/work order
- Code and process invoices for manager/board approval
- Maintain accurate information in Strongroom
- Work with board members and community managers regarding questions
- Other duties as assigned

**Work schedule**

Monday to Friday : 7:00am to 4:00pm

Time light saving: 6:00am to 3:00pm

After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:

- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city)

**Minimum requirements**
- High School diploma minimum.
- Around 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience handling a heavy volume of incoming invoices.
- Strong writing skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.

Desirable:

- Experience working with AP for the USA is a plus.
