Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the following activities:

- Receive invoices, code them and capture expenses in the system
- Prepare and submit payment proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date and balanced accounts, such as utilities and services.
- Analyze statements and provide attention to past-due accounts.
- Assist in receiving collection calls, responding to calls from collection letters.
- Elaborate month-end report and accrual.

**Work schedule**

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 CST

**Requirements**:

- **MUST**: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance areas OR previous experience in 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
