Founded in 2019, Gordian Staffing helps small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada with specialized services and provides high-quality people solutions remotely. Our headquarter is in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City.

**Get to know our customer**:
The company has enjoyed over thirty years of success in the association management industry. Today, the company is responsible for maintaining and increasing property values of homes in approximately 230 communities in Tucson, Green Valley and Sierra Vista.

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to support the following activities:

- Provide complete accounting support for Clients/Managers, including AR, AP, and General Ledger for tax tracking
- Process payments, invoices, income, and receipts.
- Enter data into accounting software or databases.
- Prepare financial statements showing association income and expenditures
- Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
- Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow and balance sheets.
- Handle reconciliation of all financials for all associations assigned and bank reconciliations.
- Attend zoom meetings with the Board of Directors to explain the financial information (after the regular shift).
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Work schedule**

Monday to Friday from 09:00-18:00 CST

After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:

- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city)
- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary)
- Restaurant tickets ($2,000 pesos)
- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary)

**Requirements**:

- MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related experience in the accounting area 3+ years.
- Strong accounting understanding.
- To be able to meet deadlines
- Feel comfortable explaining financial information to non-financial people.
- Experience with American companies or USA accounting is a plus.
