Estamos en búsqueda de un Product Owner que se encuentre interesado en trabajar con los equipos de desarrollo para la definición de requerimientos de negocio, al igual que el análisis y planeación de las historias de usuario siguiendo la metodología Scrum. A su vez trabajará de la mano con diseño y principales stakeholders para entender y priorizar las necesidades de nuestros clientes finales y de nuestros Business Owners.

Somos una empresa de tecnología que ayuda a la industria agrícola a cerrar la brecha digital, con diferentes plataformas que ayudan a los agricultores, elevadores y compradores a hacer las transacciones más rápidas, fáciles y seguras.

**Principales retos**:

- Planeación de requerimientos contra la estrategia y visión de producto
- Creación y mantenimiento de Roadmaps a nível Proyecto
- Mantenimiento (Creación, refinamiento y priorización) de Backlogs de equipo
- Entender, recopilar y documentar las necesidades de negocio
- Creación de historias de usuario con criterios de aceptación y DOR establecido
- Coordinar con el equipo de desarrollo la clarificación y creación de soluciones confiables y novedosas.
- Liderar sesiones de Refinamiento con los equipos

**Responsabilidades**:

- Creación de Historias de Usuario con Criterios de Aceptación
- Creación de Casos de Uso y flujos de negocio
- Creación y ejecución de Roadmaps de proyecto
- Documentación y seguimiento de Requerimientos de negocio
- Coordinación con otros Product Owners, Product Managers, Desarrolladores y diseñadores para asegurar una experiência de usuario cohesiva
- Definir y proponer soluciones simples y novedosas para mantener nuestros productos con una ventaja competitiva
- Coordinación y comunicación con Scrum Masters sobre el progreso de requerimientos, backlogs y relevante información de negocio

**Requerimientos**:

- Experiência implementando Scrum/Agile
- Inglés avanzado
- Buenas habilidades y conocimientos en: comunicación, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y resolución de problemas.
- Conocimiento del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software
- Conocimiento en Product Management Cycle
- Creación de flujos de trabajo (visio, draw.io, etc)
- Design thinking
