We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Acquisition and Due Diligence Manager to lead our efforts in identifying potential businesses for purchase, executing analysis for potential resale value, and overseeing the due diligence process. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating businesses, assessing their viability for acquisition, and maximizing their resale value within a short timeframe. _

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the identification and sourcing of potential businesses for acquisition, considering strategic fit, growth potential, and profitability.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation assessments, and ROI projections to evaluate the potential resale value of target businesses.
- Develop and execute due diligence strategies to assess the legal, financial, operational, and regulatory aspects of potential acquisitions.
- Oversee the due diligence process, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing data collection and analysis, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with potential acquisitions, identify potential issues, and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to evaluate business opportunities and develop a comprehensive acquisition strategy.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights on potential acquisitions, highlighting value creation opportunities and exit strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify potential acquisition targets and assess their market positioning.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, brokers, and industry professionals to source potential acquisition opportunities and stay informed about market developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are preferred.
- Proven experience in business acquisition, due diligence, financial analysis, and deal execution, preferably within the mergers and acquisitions field.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and ROI analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of due diligence processes, legal and regulatory requirements, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to drive informed decision-making.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to identify value creation opportunities and potential risks in the acquisition process.
- Effective project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of analysis and due diligence.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Salary Range: $35,000- $45,000 + benefits above the law
