We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Content Strategist to lead our content marketing efforts at TripShepherd. As a Senior Content Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping our brand voice, developing content strategies, and driving customer engagement and loyalty through compelling storytelling and impactful content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with TripShepherd's brand identity, objectives, and target audience.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor insights to inform content strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, product, and sales to ensure content alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business initiatives.
- Oversee content production, including writing, editing, and optimization for SEO, to enhance organic visibility, website traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, engagement metrics, and user feedback to measure effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated with content marketing trends, best practices, and industry innovations to continuously enhance content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Mentor and coach junior content team members, freelancers, and contributors to maintain brand consistency, quality standards, and creative excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Marketing Manager, or similar senior role in the travel, tech, or related industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on creating compelling, audience-centric content.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools to track content performance, measure ROI, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to translate business objectives into effective content strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring content teams.
