We are a virtual first company and your primary work experience will be virtual / working from your home. Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment.

**Job Description**:
As the **Salesforce Administrator** at QAD Inc., you will be responsible of the system administration of Salesforce CRM platform.

**What you'll do**:

- Management of new user set up/terminations.
- Monitoring and resolution of end user support issues.
- Conducting end user training and documentation of external and internal processes.
- Provide cross departmental program support.
- Other responsibilities include:_
- SFDC Administration
- Technology debt
- Jira ticket management
- End User support
- Reports & Dashboards
- User story requirements assessment
- Data loads
- 3rd party product license/contract management
- Data governance
- Business analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Professional degree: Bachelors Degree
- Other Program / Supplemental Training: Salesforce administration certification required. Advanced Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred.
- Number of years: Minimum 2 years of experience
- Languages: English Advanced
