**Impact In This Role**

As our Logistics Operator, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to build the premier platform for hardware manufacturing. Your primary focus will be coordinating daily shipping operations for our Manufacturing Partners in México to ensure timely delivery to our customers. From autonomous electric vehicles to surgical systems, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge products to Fortune 500 clients.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Coordinating domestic and export shipments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Tracking orders and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Supporting customs clearance and resolving any shipping-related issues.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our logistics operations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.

**Desired Traits**
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations.
- Expertise in US import and customs practices is a must.
- Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
