Actividades y Cualificaciones:
Instalación y Configuración: instalar, configurar y mantener sistemas de hardware y software. Sistemas operativos, aplicaciones empresariales, herramientas de seguridad, servidores web, correo electrónico, etc.

Gestión de Redes: Gestionan la infraestructura de red como switches y routers, y asegurar la conectividad de red a través de la infraestructura LAN/WAN de la compañía de acuerdo a consideraciones técnicas.

Mantenimiento del Sistema: realizar tareas rutinarias de mantenimiento del sistema como parchear software, gestionar actualizaciones del sistema y asegurar que los sistemas de almacenamiento funcionen de manera eficiente.

Seguridad: Implementar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de seguridad. Gestionar firewalls, monitorear el acceso al sistema y dispositivos de seguridad, y realizar auditorías de seguridad para asegurar que el entorno esté seguro contra amenazas.

Resolución de Problemas y Soporte: Proporcionar soporte técnico a los usuarios, que puede variar desde resolver problemas técnicos menores hasta solucionar fallos graves del sistema e identificar soluciones.

Respaldo y Recuperación ante Desastres: Asegurar que los datos se respalden regularmente y puedan recuperarse en caso de desastre es crítico. Gestionar soluciones de respaldo y probar procedimientos de recuperación ante desastres para asegurar la continuidad del negocio.

Monitoreo del Rendimiento: Monitorear el rendimiento del sistema para asegurar que los sistemas operen de manera óptima. Analizar registros del sistema, verificar la utilización del servidor y monitorear el tráfico de red.

Gestión de Usuarios: Gestionar cuentas de usuario y control de acceso basado en políticas de la compañía. Agregar, eliminar o actualizar información de cuentas de usuario, restablecer contraseñas y asegurar que los usuarios tengan acceso a los recursos que necesitan.

Documentación: Mantener documentación detallada respecto a configuraciones del sistema, cambios en el sistema y procedimientos operativos. Asegurar que los sistemas puedan gestionarse fácilmente a lo largo del tiempo

Conocimiento en Sistemas Operativos: Profundo entendimiento y experiência práctica en la administración de sistemas operativos Windows, incluyendo la instalación, configuración, mantenimiento y solución de problemas. (Experiência en Linux es un super plus).

Gestión de Almacenamiento en la Nube y Colaboración: Experiência en la gestión de servicios de almacenamiento en la nube y colaboración como OneDrive y Office 365. Configurar políticas de uso compartido, gestionar permisos y asegurar la sincronización y accesibilidad de los datos.

Administración de Correo Electrónico: Habilidades en la administración de sistemas de correo electrónico, particularmente con Microsoft Exchange, desde la configuración de buzones hasta la gestión de políticas de seguridad y la solución de problemas de conectividad y entrega.

Seguridad de Redes: Experiência en la configuración y administración de firewalls para proteger la infraestructura de la red, incluyendo la definición de reglas, la monitorización del tráfico de red y la prevención de intrusiones.

Sistemas de Almacenamiento EqualLogic: Conocimientos en la gestión de sistemas de almacenamiento EqualLogic, especialmente en la configuración de soluciones de respaldos locales, asegurando la redundancia de datos, la recuperación ante desastres y la optimización del rendimiento de almacenamiento.
